Jens has enjoyed being on both sides of the table – as an investor and as an entrepreneur. At TX Ventures, he is focusing predominantly on B2B Fintech and is truly passionate about SaaS. Prior to his current role, Jens built the biggest platform for start-ups in the DACH region and a leading SME SaaS-solution. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Jens was an investment professional at UBS, JPMorgan, DWS/Deutsche Bank and Finlab AG. He holds a masters degree in BA and did his dual Executive MBA at Mannheim Business School and Tongji University in Shanghai, China. Jens is a father of two kids and loves hiking, skiing, snowboarding, windsurfing and riding bikes.

Krzysztof is an engineer by training, operator by experience, strategist by thinking, and entrepreneur by heart. He is passionate about breakthrough technologies and disruptive business models, and admires entrepreneurs embracing both of those into successful ventures. In 2017, Krzysztof joined TX Ventures, built from scratch the FinTech portfolio and positioned TX as a leading FinTech investor in Switzerland. He loves supporting both B2C and B2B portfolio companies with 20+ years of experience and his extensive know-how. Before joining TX Ventures, Krzysztof was defining strategies for Swisscom in new areas of growth such as IoT, Big Data and Cloud Services. Prior to his arrival in Switzerland in 2012, he had lived in France, where he developed multi-million businesses at Orange Group. Krzysztof holds an MBA from IMD in Switzerland, and double MEng in Telecommunications from IMT Atlantique in France and from Politechnika Gdanska in Poland. In his spare time, you will find him skiing in winter, and motorcycling in summer.

Klaudia brings over a decade of diverse international expertise, with a unique blend of experience as an investor, operator, and management consultant. She started her venture capital career at a generalist fund in Zurich, where she sharpened her skills in identifying promising ventures across various sectors. Later, she focused on early-stage European fintech and insurtech companies, building and overseeing a portfolio of more than 20 ventures, as part of her role at Tenity and SIX Fintech Ventures. Before transitioning to venture capital, she advised leading financial institutions on large-scale transformations, driving innovation, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in securing institutional investors for a cutting-edge German fintech platform. Klaudia holds a Master's degree in Strategy & International Management from the University of St.Gallen and a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics. When she’s not immersed in the tech world or interacting with founders, you'll likely find Klaudia amidst the breathtaking landscapes of the Swiss Alps, indulging in her love for hiking or skiing.

Krisztian is an Investment Manager at TX Ventures. He spent 4 years in investor roles, including venture capital and renewables, mainly focusing on Central and Eastern Europe. He holds a BSc degree in Finance from University Bocconi and an MSc degree in Advanced Economics from Copenhagen Business School. Outside of his professional life, Krisztian works on perfecting his culinary skills, loves reading about history and takes up every sport challenge he faces.

Karole is a senior communications manager at TX Group and is convinced that communication is all about forging and strengthening connections - "doing it right creates lasting and powerful exchanges". Before joining TX Group, Karole developed and implemented communication strategies targeting the clients, prospects, and employees of various financial international companies. She holds a Master's degree in Management and Economics, with a specialization in Marketing Research from the University of Zurich and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Texas at Austin. She also studied abroad at the Pontificia Universidad Católica in Santiago, Chile. In her free time, Karole loves to play tennis and dance. She is her most creative self when in the forest - having the solutions to the questions in her head by the end of the hike.

Bettina is senior counsel and head of M&A in TX Group‘s legal department. She has broad M&A experience, in particular in the area of venture investments. Her main area centers on the legal transactional steps in the growth process of ventures, from their start up phase throughout their life cycle, with a focus on TX Venture‘s fintech investments. Before joining TX Group in 2017, Bettina worked at the district court of Zurich and for a major Swiss law firm. She holds a Master's degree in law from the University of Zurich and was admitted to the bar in Zurich. Bettina spends most of her free time hiking in the mountains. 

Andreas Schneider, born and raised in Munich, Germany, entered the field of IT Security at an early stage in 2000. Trained as a Mainframe System Programmer, he took responsibility for a regional bank institute’s entire mainframe landscape security. He then grew his specialization in the field of IT Security and IT Risk Management throughout various related roles like Consultant, Specialist and CISO, while transforming IT Security across different businesses and company sizes, including startup, regional and multinational within banking, IT and media. With more than 20 years of international specialist experience including CISO roles in Switzerland, Andreas currently acts as Field CISO EMEA of Lacework and is member of several Advisory boards. He is progressing Cyber Security to become more agile, more user focused and embed security by design into digital products. He further holds several well-respected professional certifications, such as the C-CISO, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, and is also certified in ISO 27001 and ITIL V3. He lives with his wife and two sons in Zurich, Switzerland.

Ewan has a strong software-engineering background having worked in everything from devops to web app development, predominantly working remotely and training other engineering teams around the world. He loves start-ups having been an early member of a few (Skyscanner being the most popular) and also founding his own - an API marketplace. Currently he is combining his technical and leadership experience within TX Group to lead the data engineering team as they develop and grow. His team is responsible for processing the huge data gathered from the TX Group companies and using it to build useful tools and additional business value. When he’s not behind a computer, Ewan loves being in the mountains - hiking and climbing in the summer, skiing in the winter - and has recently taken up reading again.

Ivan is Growth Manager at TX Ventures and supports the portfolio companies in their Growth, Marketing, and Media strategies. He also supports the TX Group Digital Transformation team, managing digital projects and driving technological innovation. Before joining TX Ventures, Ivan worked at eBay in the Global Growth department, and at KAYAK in the Sales department. He holds a Master's Specialization in Web Marketing & Social Media Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Electronic Engineering from the "Università degli Studi" of Perugia, Italy. Ivan lives with his wife, daughter, and son in Zurich: he enjoys food with family and friends, or being active outdoors.
